Use your gifts. Bless others.
Joining a team is an incredible way to connect with our community and make a positive impact. Serving others is rewarding, and it helps you grow in your faith and find purpose.
Where would you love to serve?
Be part of something bigger, and experience the joy of working together. Not sure yet? That's okay, we'll help you find your spot.
Guest Experience
Create a warm welcome for our guests: greet people as they arrive, answer questions, help them find the best seats, keep the campus safe, make coffee and pray for those in need. This team makes sure every person feels seen, valued and cared for from the moment they step onto our campus, and helps people connect with God and with one another.
Kids & Youth
Invest in the next generation. Help shape young hearts and minds, and grow in your own faith while you do.
Worship
Each week our worship team of musicians and singers leads us into God's presence through powerful, Spirit-filled music. Whether you play an instrument or sing, your gifts help create an atmosphere where people can experience God's love and be drawn closer to Him.
Production
Production creates a dynamic experience for everyone in the room and everyone watching online. From audio and ProPresenter visuals to cameras and lights, you help every service run smoothly and extend our reach, so local and online attendees can engage fully. No experience necessary.
Missions & Outreach
Share the love of Christ close to home and around the world, meeting practical needs and building relationships that reflect God's heart.
Nations Arise
Nations Arise empowers children around the world through education, nutrition and a Christ-centered worldview. Their schools and community development programs equip children with life skills and help break the cycle of poverty.
Local Outreach
Serve Irondale and the greater Birmingham area, from feeding the hungry to supporting local shelters and helping families in need.
